Group	Description
1		Preliminary Group 1: This group includes preliminary matters, such as EFIN Submission and Bank Enrollment Forms.
2		Technical Support Group 2: This group includes matters that begin occurring after January 1st and before the IRS opens the gates in late January, and includes simpler early-season tax return issues.
3		Technical Support Group 3:This group includes matters that generally occur after the IRS opens the gates, and includes somewhat more advanced mid-season tax return issues.
4		Technical Support Group 4:This group includes more complicated late filing season matters that generally occur after the second week of March, complex software issues, advanced tax return issues, (including business tax returns) and end-of-year matters, that should only be handled by permanent technical support staff.
